The Role:

Business Development Manager

  • Managing a predetermined geographical location, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for engaging with veterinary clinics to join a buying group.
  • With support from the lead generation team you will have sole responsibility for managing your own pipeline to ensure all targets are achieved.
  • You will be expected to become familiar and promote the range of different services our client offer designed to encourage clinical compliance, excellence in pet care and business growth
  • This is a new business role but you will have full support of a telemarketing team that have come up with 200 leads since May this year

The Ideal Person:

Business Development Manager

  • Sales or Animal Health background.
  • Veterinary sales experience advantageous but not a prerequisite
  • Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Selling Skills – must be a Hunter
  • Presentation Skills
  • Will consider strong new business winners from a B3B background
