The Role:

Regional Nurse Manager

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Nurse Manager to join a growing medical devices company
  • You will be home based and will manage a team of 12-13 field based Clinical Nurse Advisors – training and developing team, 1-2-1 appraisals, ensuring nurse advisors are working to company standards
  • This is purely for the IV therapies, Parenteral Nutrition, IV antibiotics and OPAT at the patients home
  • You will direct and support a team of field based nurse advisors to ensure that an effective, motivated and appropriately skilled professional team is maintained
  • You are responsible for ensuring the team is compliant with all recognised and relevant standards, internally and externally and implement operational aspects of the business strategy that will enable service growth
  • Resolve complaints and incidents to enable a rapid response to the customer and resolution of the issue

The Ideal Person:

  • MINIMUM LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE IS A REGISTERED NURSE WITH MANAGEMENT OR TEAM LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITYS IN PREVIOUS ROLE

Ideal but not prerequisite

  • Registered Nursing qualification/s
  • ENB 998 or equivalent
  • Previous management experience with recognised management qualification.
  • Proven budget management ability
  • Minimum of 5 years post registration with at least 2 at management level.
