The Role:

  • A market leading and progressive commercial heavy side product manufacturer are looking for a specification sales manager to join their UK national sales team.The company are performing exceptionally well and are further more looking to add another specification sales person to the commercial sales team.Offering an outstanding financial package for the right candidate.
  • The specification manager will be responsible for selling the companies full and manufactured range of External finishes.
  • Targeting and winning commercial projects via specification in the first instance, the specification sales manager will track those specifications through to Main Contractors and other design led contractors involved in the build process.
  • The specification sales manager will be heavily involved in project specification and will have to have successful experience in this type of cradle to grave project process.
  • £50k-£55k , Bonus, Company Car, Laptop, Pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension.
  • Covers North London, East Anglia and East Midlands.

The Ideal Person:

  • My client wants someone with at least 3-5 years Specification experience that can demonstrate achievements of major project wins.
  • Ideally you will be working with a building envelope material so you have an understanding of the structure requirements of a build.
  • Can live anywhere on patch but need to understand that with an area this size it will involve careful planning and travel.
