The Role:

  • A very exciting opportunity to join a leading UK Manufacturer of medical devices
  • The main element of the role as territory sales manager is to sell their portfolio of Respiratory, Anaesthetic and Airway Management products to the NHS
  • You will be responsible for selling to anaesthetists and Procurement, ITU/CCU/ICU, Consultants, Hospital Departments and A&E departments within the NHS
  • You will endeavour to carry out 3 firm appointments on a daily basis and meet personnel by referral in all designated departments plus 5 "cold calls" per day
  • 80% of time spent in theatre

The Ideal Person:

  • CV longevity - NO JOB HOPPERS and success in each of your previous positions
  • Ideally you will have experience and a background selling into theatre and ideally critical care
  • Ideally you will have a mix of clinical and commercial experience - THEATRE/ICU/procurement
  • Having sold to anaesthetists and procurement would be highly beneficial to the role
  • Wants someone who has theatre/ICU experience preferably selling respiratory but this is not a prerequisite
  • Personality is key and wants a tenacious, self starter and in their ascendency etc
