This sector, formed many years ago by National Account Manager Laura Nicol, specialises in filling sales and commercial jobs.

The predominantly National Account client base includes manufacturers, distributors and primary service providers and focuses on a small number of larger clients in the Office Products, Business Support Services and Professional Services markets.

Our ability to source candidates nationwide and help build large salesforces has seen demand from these leading names increase rapidly since 2010.

    Darren joined On Target in June 2001 as a Business Development Executive in the Engineering sector when there was only a team of two. He quickly progressed into a Consultant role and from there became a Managing Consultant. In January 2009, Darren became Sales Director, having worked in every sector in the company. In January 2010, Darren joined the Board. He was responsible for the launch of the Medical sector in 2011, an area that continues to go from strength to strength.

    Outside of work, Darren is a serious foodie. He also enjoys travelling and rugby.

    Laura originally joined On Target in January 2000 as a Business Development Executive in the Commercial team. Following a few years away, she returned to the company in July 2006 as a Senior Consultant and now manages the company's largest account within the Business Solutions sector, as well as managing other National Accounts in other sectors within the company. January 2014 saw Laura promoted to National Account Manager.

    Much of Laura’s spare time is taken up by her children. She is also an avid Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder and is looking forward to them winning more major silverware in the coming season!

    Khadija joined OTR in November 2016 having recently graduated with a 2:1 in Psychology from the University of Roehampton.

    During her free time Khadija enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests consist of watching sports, keeping up with current affairs and watching her favourite TV shows.

    In addition Khadija volunteers on the weekends at her local Mind charity shop.
