The Job

The Role:

  • As the Area Sales Manager, you will be contributing to the annual target in the region, selling the market leading range of exterior panels products via specification with architects.
  • Products are then back sold through main and specialist sub-contractors.
  • Managing the installer network is a key part of the role.
  • In addition to managing this contractor/installer network, the rest of the Area Sales Managers’ time will be spent engaging with architects to specify the products through to the tender process.
  • With such a diverse product range on offer, there is always an angle to close the sale and orders can vary in the £1000s and £10000s in value.
  • Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will be managing existing clients whilst also identifying and attacking new business opportunities.

The Ideal Person:

  • If you have sold daylighting or panel products into contractors, fabricators and architects and are seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
  • The successful candidate will be dynamic, adaptable and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Will have knowledge of the daylighting, insulated panels and/or facades markets, with a proven record of building and maintaining beneficial client relationships.
  • Must have experience in construction sales, preferably in an external capacity with proven success.
