  • Specialise in selling catering/food supplies into the commercial catering sector

The Role:

  • Selling catering/food supplies into the commercial catering sector
  • Excellent reputation for quality and service with customers globally
  • Selling the Whole Range of products including, Ambient, chilled, frozen, Spirits, Meats, Snacks, Non Food (fridges, cutlery).
  • KPIs are generating profit, account retention, and effective calls per day.
  • 50% New Business, 50% Account Management
  • Servicing the Oxford depot and covering a 20 mile radius.
  • Patch is currently on target
  • Selling to the Public Sector – NHS, Education & Local Authorities and Independent retailers.

The Ideal Person:

  • HORECA or catering sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent selling skills with a proven track record in exceeding targets.
  • New business experience. Upselling a wide range of products.
  • Strong b2b field sales background. Polished, professional, dynamic.
  • Ideally from a foodservice background or experience selling into the Public Sector is a huge benefit but not essential
  • Any knowledge of catering market an advantage or experience of, or involvement with, hotels and restaurants
  • Looking for stability, not hoppers.
