The Job  

​​​​​​​The Company:   NATIONAL ROLE (Fully remote)

  • UK based medical products business that has delivered strong growth and exceptional margins through a focused product set; designing and distributing prescribed products direct to patients through its own Distribution License.  

  • This business has grown successfully in recent years and this recruitment is looking to continue on this path  

  • This growth will be achieved through a combination of capitalising on the existing product set (market penetration and expanding into parallel sectors), developing the product range through focused R&D, and targeted international markets. 

 

The Role of the National Sales Manager:

  • Field based sales leadership role, managing a team of 4 Territory Managers. 

  • Exciting new role to split out a unique and innovative product from the main business and recruit a new dedicated team to focus on this and take it to full potential. 

  • Tasked to grow a unique product which improves stoma and diabetes patients’ lives.  

  • Proactively developing relationships with clinicians and procurement contacts in NHS hospitals but also looking at trade and other routes to market such as NHSSC

  • Leading the team to help them identify and win opportunities. 

  • Promoting the brand and educating decision makers and influencers on these highly innovative and unique products that have a huge impact on patients. 

  • Autonomous role, working from home, targeted to deliver growth.

The Ideal Person for the National Sales Manager:

  • Will have sales leadership experience and hospital sales background, open on what products. 

  • Experience of selling to clinicians and non-clinical decision-makers. 

  • Adept at guiding, motivating and helping your team achieve their goals 

  • Someone who can identify opportunities for the team and lead the way 

  • Happy to travel extensively across the UK.
