The Role:

Regional Sales Manager

  • As the Regional Sales Manager you will be working for a leading manufacturer of Air Filtration and ventilation equipment to a wide variety of different customers.
  • You will sell manufactured solutions, catalogue products and service contracts.
  • Your customers are mainly end users and Facilities management companies.
  • The AOV is apx £700 and the company process over 1200 orders per month.
  • As the Regional Sales Manager you will be tasked with selling to both new and existing customers.
  • Your target will be around £250K pa.
  • 60% of your sales will be product and system sales and 40% will be Service contracts.

The Ideal Person:

Regional Sales Manager

  • The ideal candidate for this role will be a person with experience in Ventilation.
  • The experience could be in any type of product in this sector including Duck work, Ceiling Grills as well as Air Filters.
  • You will be able to understand the Route to Market and you should be able to expand and up sell from existing clients as well as being able to identify and close new clients.
  • You will not be dealing with one off sales, you will be working your patch and developing relationships with suitable customers in your area and gaining repeat business from them.
  • You will be strong technically and be able to provide solutions for the customer’s requirements.
