The Role:

Sales Manager, New Business

  • As Sales Manager for New Business, you'll lead and coach 6-8 members of the New Business Executives that use consultative sales skills to understand our customer’s needs and grow the existing customer base (currently at 1,650 with targets to reach over 45,000+ customers in the next 8 years)
  • You will work with the Head of Sales to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the sales team, with your primary objective being to inspire and lead your team to revenue success
  • As Sales Manager for New Business you will drive your team to meet and exceed revenue target, whilst coaching and guiding them to- structure their day, hit activity targets, improves sales processes and close business
  • Accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting of team pipeline and activity
  • Based in the companies vibrant London office.

The Ideal Person:

Sales Manager, New Business

  • Will ideally have 8 years sales experience with a track-record of delivering new business sales over the phone, meeting and exceeding targets
  • 3+ years’ experience of managing a sales team and driving continuous development
  • The Sales Manager for New Business will have a degree/educational background in Drama, Theatre, English Literature or have a strong interest/work experience in the industry
  • Will have a passion for enabling Arts and Drama students across the globe to unlock their full potential.
  • The Sales Manager for New Business will be Pro-active, energetic with a can-do attitude, Emotional intelligence and strong listening skills, Excellent organisation and time management, as well as Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of CRM tools – ideally Hub Spot
