The Role of the Specification Manager 

• Our client seeks a Sales Representative to market flat roofing systems to architects, builders, local authorities, healthcare, surveyors, police, and factories in the refurbishment sector. 

• Responsibilities include specifying products, generating sales revenue from new and existing clients, and directly selling systems to contractors. 

• The role encompasses a varied sales environment with a focus on both commercial and residential sectors. 

• Candidates must meet targets for appointment rates, sales revenue, and customer retention. 

• Covering Central London and surrounding areas, the position offers ample opportunity for business growth. 

• Ideal for driven individuals seeking a dynamic sales role in a thriving industry. 

• Must have experience in Specification sales, adept at navigating the complexities of the market and identifying tailored solutions for clients.
