Area Sales Executive

• Committed to providing customers with the most reliable and comprehensive array of building materials. 

• Operating in both residential and commercial environments. 

 

The Role of the Specification Sales Manager: 

• Develop comprehensive specifications showcasing the full range of Landscaping products.  

• Cultivate strong relationships with targeted customer segments including Landscape Architects, Local Authorities, Engineers, and Specifiers. 

• Identify and prioritise key projects, taking ownership from design phase through to on-site delivery. 

• Working within a smaller team of 5 and within the wider commercial team.

The Ideal Person for the Area Sales Executive 

• You should already be selling a heavy side building product through the specification channels.  

• Experience looking after a project from conception to completion.  

• Hungry, driven and motivated to succeed in an external sales role.  

• You will live within the South East ideally near to the M25.
