    Darren joined On Target in June 2001 as a Business Development Executive in the Engineering sector when there was only a team of two. He quickly progressed into a Consultant role and from there became a Managing Consultant.

    In January 2009, Darren became Sales Director, having worked in every sector in the company. In January 2010, Darren joined the Board. He was responsible for the launch of the Medical sector in 2012, and the amalgamation of the Commercial and Industrial sectors in 2016. He overseas the Electrical and Electronic team as well as working specifically in a coaching role with new Consultants. In April 2018, he was appointed MD.

    On Target is delighted to announce the promotion of Darren Wrigley to the role of Managing Director. Darren joined the business in 2001 and has worked his way up from a junior Business Development role to the position of Sales Director which he has been doing for the last 8 years. Darren’s appointment is effective from 1st April 2018.

    Outside of work, Darren is a serious foodie. He also enjoys travelling and rugby.

    Justin joined On Target in March 2003 as a Business Development Executive in our former Business Solutions sector. He left the company, but was quickly tempted back into a Senior Consultant role in the Engineering sector. He won the 2009 Performer of the Year award, and was promoted to Managing Consultant, Mechanical and Industrial teams in April 2012.

    Justin joined the Board in November 2012 to take up the Director, Business Development role and was responsible for winning new major account business across all the sectors. He is now responsible for recruitment, training and development.

    Guy joined On Target in January 2011 as a Consultant, as part of the expansion of the Mechanical and Industrial teams. A graduate with an excellent academic background, Guy quickly demonstrated great business development skills and strong sales ability. Following his role as Consultant in the Industrial team, he continued to build upon his early successes culminating in a promotion to Senior Consultant with effect from January 2015.

    Together with Darren Wrigley, Sales Director, Guy led the amalgamation of the Commercial and Industrial niches and now heads up that whole sector, being promoted to Managing Consultant in January 2017. He is now Divisional Manager, Commercial and Industrial Solutions.

    A talented golfer, playing to a handicap of six, when his young daughter allows it, Guy spends much of his spare time on the fairways of Walton Heath. During the week he cycles to work – it’s the perfect excuse to indulge at the weekends.
