Area Sales Manager - Postural Care, Seating, Sleeping, Walking & Moving & Handling

The Role of the Area Sales Manager 

• Selling a range of postural care, seating, sleeping, walking, moving & handling  

• Very hands on clinically 

• End users, Physiotherapists, peoples homes, OT, social services & some NHS 

• Covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire 

• Approx 70% account management 

• Expectation 4 visits per day

The Ideal Person for the Area Sales Manager 

• Looking for someone that is a consultative sales lead person 

• Someone with a good bedside manner 

• Someone that can have a commercial conversation 

• No pushy sales, very consultative 

• Background of the team is varied ( Ex-Banker, Pharma Rep, Physio Technician, Farmers Wife......it’s all about the person and what you can bring to the table) 

• Must be really amiable, friendly, consultative in your approach 

• Could consider an Occupational Therapist with good commercial awareness and acumen 

• Will consider OTs/Physiotherapists preferably with commercial experience or OTs/Physios with the ability to adapt to a commercial role
