The Role of the Clinical Applications Specialist:
- Our client is a leading manufacturer of ventilation technology. Following an internal promotion they are looking to add a clinical applications specialist into the team.
- You will provide necessary Clinical support for the users.
- Dealing with Critical Care Nurses, Theatre Nurses, EBME & ICU Consultants.
- Deliver the customer's training plan across the appropriate segments in the hospital setting and effectively transfer knowledge and empower customers to use the ventilators / technology effectively and independently.
- Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively.
- Collaborate with the Country General Manager, clinical teams, marketing teams and distributor teams, to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets to gain market share and differentiate itself from its competitors.
- Maintain and develop relationships with KOLS and strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which maximize gain potential.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in the market.

The Ideal Person for the Clinical Applications Specialist:
- Registered nurse with ICU/CCU education worked with ventilated patients in a critical care environment longer than 3 years.
- Fluent English; verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge linked to awareness of the acute and critical care sector.
- Organisational skills
- Competency with advanced Microsoft package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Full & Clean driving license.
