The Role: 

Customer Service Manager 

• Opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturer. 

• Managing a team of sales support advisors. 

• The team provide quotes to electrical wholesalers and contractors and progress orders. 

• Your role will be the day-to-day management of the team including coaching, appraisals and disciplinaries. 

• Working to improve metrics within the business using process improvement techniques and data analysis.

The Ideal Person: 

Customer Service Manager 

• Strong leadership skills in a customer focused environment. 

• Strong analytical and IT skills – particularly Excel. 

• Ideally will have SAP experience, but not essential.  

• Great with customers. 

• Able to bring enthusiasm and balance. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Good sense of humour.
