The Role of the Customer Supply Chain Coordination

• This role will utilize SAP to track stock, manage replenishment, oversee customer orders and handle logistical requirements to ensure customer needs are met. 

• Employ PowerBi and Power Automation to streamline processes and enhance automation capabilities. 

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to stay on top of customer requirements. 

• Focus on key elements such as Customer Service Elevation, Delivery Performance and Stock Management. 

• Attending customer sites on large products to ensure customer satisfaction and logistical directions.

The Ideal Person for the Customer Supply Chain Coordination 

• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain are a must. 

• Experience with PowerBi and Power Automation. 

• Experience dealing with large accounts. 

• Shows longevity; demonstrating long-term commitment in previous roles is beneficial. 

• Continuous improvement mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. 

• German speaking is not essential but would be a bonus.
