The Role of the Design Engineer 

• Designing Electro-Hydraulic Systems & Test Rigs. 

• Overall budget responsibility for products. 

• Generate drawings using 3D CAD systems. 

• Liaising with customers on specifications and requirements. 

• Liaising with other departments within the company to move designs to production. 

• Creating technical documents and manuals for products.

The Ideal Person for the Design Engineer 

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar. 

• Ideally a background in Electro-Hydraulics but can consider pneumatic / machine builder backgrounds. 

• Experience with budgetary responsibility of projects. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
