The Role of the Document Controller 

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and coordinate project documentation. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation and scheduling queries from customers. 

• Attend project meetings and utilize supplied data to generate and review project status reports. 

• Support weekly project meetings by effectively communicating project expectations to all team members and stakeholders, ensuring compliance. 

• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently, taking and recording messages accurately.
