The Job

The Role of the Electrochemistry Engineer 

• Electroplating and Metal Finishing of components  

• Working on the production line using electroplating techniques.  

• Working to micro-tolerances and stringent environmental standards. 

• Working on a shift pattern, 1-week earlies, 1-week lates. 

• Working off engineering drawings. 

• Maintenance checks on CNC machines.

The Ideal Person for the Electrochemistry Engineer 

• Production engineering background. 

• Ideally with some chemical analysis exposure. 

• Electroplating experience a big benefit but not essential. 

• Willing to learn – attitude is key!
