• This company is one of the leading suppliers of capital equipment to the electronic manufacturing sector.
• Relationships in place with key customers already – Dyson, Rolls Royce, etc.
• Part of a wider engineering business.
• Experts in Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Die Bonding in this division.
• Uncapped commission structure.

The Role:

Field Sales Engineer – Electronics

• As the Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with large manufacturers.
• All microelectronic applications.
• 5 calls a week dealing with complex decision making structures.
• Networking through trade shows and social media.
• Preparation of literature to aid sales within the business.
• This will be a home based role – roughly 2 days at home and 3 in the field.
• Working with customers across the UK – flexible on home location.
• £40k-£50k, + Bonus, Car Allowance, Excellent pension scheme, Laptop, Mobile and Bupa.

The Ideal Person:

Field Sales Engineer – Electronics

• The ideal candidate will come from an electronics background.
• Preferably experience in the microelectronics / semi-conductor arena.
• Must have capital equipment sales experience.
• Degree level engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Happy to travel and stay away from home.
• Previous experience of working with microelectronics – probably as a technician or salesman.
• Used to long, complex sales cycles.
