The Role of the Internal Sales Engineer: 

• Providing technical solutions to inbound queries from clients 

• Selling into OEMs and Distributors 

• Specifying requirements, providing quotations, and managing customer and supplier relationships. 

• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. 

 

The Ideal Person for the Internal Sales Engineer Role: 

• HND/HNC educated in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience. 

• Experience using CAD. 

• Confident in speaking with customers and providing technical solutions. 

• Strong relationship-building skills. 

• Ability to think independently and take responsibility for the role. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
