The Role of the Key Account Manager
-
Driving aftermarket sales for Pumps & Valves within designated area.
-
Selling maintenance, repair, overhauls & upgrades of pumps, valves & rotating machinery.
-
Generating new leads within patch.
-
Maintaining current relationships & increasing market share.
-
Preparing quotations, negotiating costs, responding to tenders.

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager
-
Experience of selling activities in a pump, compressor, or other rotating machinery environment.
-
Engineering background with experience of pumps and pumping systems.
-
Highly numerate with competent IT skills.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
Command of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
-
Risk management skills and experience.
-
Full Driving Licence.
