The Role of the Managed Services Sales Manager
-
You will be accountable and responsible for the successful development and delivery of the commercial strategy for designated accounts in line with the affiliate’s Business Plan.

Inspiring & Influencing leadership: You will build trustful relationships and effective networks across the organisation to ensure effective implementation of the UK business plan and demonstrate excellence in coaching.

Customer & Market development: You will shape the customer environment, foster partnerships with key stakeholders, and co-create the design of service delivery in-line with their portfolio and the wider business solution - creating value for their organisation and customers.

Commercial excellence: You will focus on excellence in the sales cycle, master opportunity/account data, systems and tools.

The Ideal Person for the Managed Services Sales Manager
-
Educated to Degree level or equivalent and with the knowledge of and experience in Managed Service / Pathology and laboratory services, ideally with strong commercial / sales experience.

Proven experience in a business function (sales, business/market development) in the healthcare industry or similar solution based industry is required.

You are established in negotiating commercial contracts and have exhibited evidence of driving innovative business delivery models in healthcare and have evidence of a track record managing Multiple 3rd Party interactions to build a solution for the customer, understanding their strategy and solution and how it interacts and plays it parts in the overall solution during multiple sales cycles and prioritising under pressure in a rapidly changing dynamic environment.

Key Requirements: A full UK driving licence. Ability to travel, predominantly on territory (Central) but also nationally when required.
