Operations Manager - Fluid Power

The Role of the Operations Manager 

• Develop and control all Technical, Engineering, Workshop and Service aspects of the business. 

• Manage, control and maintain the workshops. 

• Maintain customer expectations, including training and support within all operations under your control. 

• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure all processes and queries are dealt with. 

• To follow up and progress technical enquiries, production schedules, repair and service work. 

• Co-ordinate activities between sales and engineering teams to ensure that both customer and company needs are met as efficiently as possible.

• £40,000 - £50,000  

• 25 days annual leave

The Ideal Person for the Operations Manager 

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 

• It will be beneficial to your application if you have work experience in a similar role. 

• Experience working on large projects. 

• Health & Safety Management experience. 

• Full clean UK driver’s license. 

• Can work well under pressure.
