The Role of the Regional Key Account Manager:
- Selling an innovative portfolio of negative pressure incision healing solutions.
- Targeting key surgeons and OR departments.
- Through proactive management of key customer relations, increase success rate for relevant tenders and contract decisions.
- Develop relationships with all decision makers within the sales process, both clinical and commercial in order to be seen as a trusted advisor and attain high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Present brand value propositions and value added customer centric solutions to positively influence purchasing behaviours.
- Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy.
- Covering North East region, Sheffield up to Northumberland

The Ideal Person for the Regional Key Account Manager:
- Theatre sales experience.
- Medical devices sales experience.
- Experience/ capability of engaging at surgeon level.
- Strong sales track record.
- Trained in and experience of solution selling skills.
- Highly developed commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain and hold relevant MIA accreditation or be willing to attain.
