The Job

  • All Design and Manufacture for the provision of modular and bespoke excavation support systems is done in house.

The Role of the Regional Manager 

  • As the Regional Manager you’ll be working closely with the Operations Managers of the two depots, as well as the Sales Manager for the South West Region. 

  • You’ll manage all costs to the agreed budget, monitor regional and depot performance and ensure monthly/quarterly financial reports are produced. 

  • A key part of your role as the Regional Manager will be to manage your team through effective leadership, offering support and direction to ensure targets are achieved. 

  • Closely manage the sales teams and ensure regular sales meetings are held, as well as oversee the selection, induction, performance appraisal and development of your team. 

  • As the Regional Manager you’ll identify new business and personally manage key projects in the region. 

  • The role of Regional Manager will see you cover the South West, with the two depots being based in Bristol and Devon.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Manager  

  • Will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a supervisory/management capacity.  

  • Experience within the construction sector is highly desirable to ensure success in this role. 

  • Civil Engineering or Plant hire knowledge would be beneficial.  

  • Will have experience of developing new business alongside managing a team.  

  • Must be willing to travel throughout the South West to support and develop the team.  

  • Will have a full driving licence.
