The Role of the Regulatory Engineer:

Providing product compliance documentation for products sold on the European Market.
Monitoring EU Directives and regulations.
Ensuring all legislative requirements are met and product documentation such as Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, Manuals etc, are kept complete and up to date.
Creation of technical documentation.

The Ideal Person for the Regulatory Engineer:

A degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
An understanding of CE marking
Experience of technical report writing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to write detailed, technical reports and communicate clearly
The ability to occasionally travel to Europe
Some experience with standards or regulations
UK Passport and Driving licence
