The Job

The Company:

• The client is an internationally recognised company with over 50 years’ experience, within steel pressure valves and control equipment.
• Well respected company within the Oil & Gas sectors.

The Role of the Senior Design Engineer / Product Manager

• Designing new or modifying existing valves/hydraulic/pneumatic products, to meet client specification.
• Engineering design calculations.
• Design Support Analysis & Interpretation of Technical Specs & Standards.
• Test Rig Design / Commissioning.
• Supervision & reporting of development testing.
• Creation of technical files, catalogue data sheets, support certification activities.
• Write reports for both internal & external circulation.

• £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

The Ideal Person for the Senior Design Engineer / Product Manager

• 5 years minimum Engineering experience including valve experience.
• Minimum HND in Engineering.
• Preferred, although not mandatory: Onshore/Offshore oil and gas topside/subsea hydraulic control valve experience.
