The Role of the Senior Sales Representative
-
Selling a range of medical furniture (top sellers are trolleys and cabinets).
-
Can sell anywhere in a hospital but normally target 10 or 12 departments.

Main 4 areas of success are Theatres, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Procurement.

Maintaining existing relationship whilst also hunting for new business opportunities
-
Conduct product demonstrations & also product training as and when required
-
Manage the area/territory to maximize sales opportunities (there will be nights away from home)

Covering: Birmingham, Darlington, Llandudno, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Chester, Doncaster, Lincoln, Telford, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Dudley, Nottingham, Worcester, Crewe, Hull, Norfolk, Stockport, Worcester, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield & Stoke

The Ideal Person for the Senior Sales Representative
-
Proven track record in business-to-business sales environment
-
Experience of selling into the NHS would be a big advantage.
-
Experience on managing large territory and understanding of territory management
-
Experience of working with CRM system. (Ideally Salesforce)
-
Used to working in a fast-paced role dealing with multiple orders and projects happening at any one time
-
Personable, organised salesperson who has 2- or 3-years’ experience of managing a similar sized (or bigger) territory.

Experience if managing many accounts selling many products into each one.
-
Somebody who is used to working at a fast pace is crucial
