The Job   

The Company: 

  • Represents various brands in the Chiller and Heat Pump industry 

  • Company at the forefront of chiller technology catering to air conditioning and process cooling industries 

  • Growth strategy focuses on technical knowledge, sound financial management, and collaboration with premium manufacturers offering innovative and high-quality products 

  • Core philosophy is to deliver a range of solutions supported by comprehensive services, including design, training, seminars, installations, and after-sales service maintenance programs 

  • Serves as a direct liaison between manufacturers and related services, connecting with architects, M+E engineers, main and mechanical contractors, facility managers, and end-users to tailor system solutions to specific requirements and budgets. 


Role Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Manager 

  • Selling Chiller and Heat Pump Technology, with a preference for leveraging previous experience in the field. 

  • Handling remote work and demonstrating proficiency in virtual communication tools. 

  • Utilizing demonstrated knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) consulting industry. 

  • Communication and relationship building with M&E Consultants. 

  • Taking on an ambitious approach to drive business growth and actively contributing to the next steps in the company's development. 

  • Applying a "stand out and get stuck in" mentality, taking a proactive approach to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities within the role. 

  • Explore and contribute to long-term career development opportunities within the company over the next two to three years, and the potential to invest in shares to align personal success with the company's overall success. 


Ideal candidate for the Technical Sales Manager: 

  • Previous experience in selling Chiller and Heat Pump Technology preferred. 

  • However, application will be welcomed from any individuals from the broader HVAC or Building Services sector. 

  • Comfortable with remote work and proficient in virtual communication tools. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) consulting industry and a proven track record of effective communication and relationship building with M&E Consultants. 

  • Ambitious individual keen on driving growth within a business and ready to take the next steps in their career. 

  • Possesses a "stand out and get stuck in" mentality, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
