The Role: 

  • As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be managing relationships with an existing client base within the prescribed territory, whilst also developing new business opportunities.  

  • You will manage sales of the company’s wide range of roofing products, primarily consisting of roofing underlays and ventilation. 

  • Client base will primarily consist of National and Regional Housebuilders, Housing associations and Contractors. 

  • You will use your energy and passion to meet and exceed sales quotas, whilst ensuring that an exceptional customer service experience is always provided.. 

  • Territory is large, covering the North of England. (Northwest & Northeast)  

  • Remote based with sporadic visits to regional offices as and when required. 

  • Strong performing territory with growth potential.

The Ideal Person: 

  • You will be a highly motivated and passionate experienced sales professional that genuinely enjoys exceeding targets and providing a first-class customer experience. 

  • Energetic and keen to drive business growth. 

  • The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with House-builders, contractors and local authorities within the prescribed region. 

  • You will have a good understanding of various Roofing products and how the industry operates. 

  • Up to date market knowledge will be strongly preferred. 

  • Disciplined in completing paperwork and managing your diary, you will be joining a helpful and collaborative team that supports one another, so a supportive and positive attitude is required. 

  • Full UK Driving licence is essential, must live on or close to sales territory.
