Technical Specialist - Industrial Lubricants

The Job

The Role of the Technical Specialist 

• Application of technically advanced products / specialist lubricants and solutions into manufacturing end-users, predominantly metal work. 

• Supporting sales teams and R&D teams for sales of industrial oils, greases, and metalworking fluids, which will increase the efficiency of manufacturing customers. 

• Conducting site visits, lubrication surveys, condition monitoring and providing product support and technical engineering knowledge for commercial sales teams.

• £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

The Ideal Person for the Technical Specialist 

• Qualified Mechanical Engineer / Industrial chemist or similar. 

• Lubrication experience not essential but advantageous. 

• Previous experience within one of the following sectors: metalworking, oil & gas, or similar industrial manufacturing. 

• Previous experience in a field service & customer facing role advantageous.
