The Role of the Territory Sales Manager 

  • You will also be selling a range of industry leading orthopaedic implants (hand & wrist + foot & ankle), PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) products, mesh work.  

  • Selling to Sports Medicine Doctors, MSK (Musculoskeletal), Orthopaedic consultants, nurses & procurement. 

  • This is a new business focused role but full support will be provided along with the leads passed to you from a very well established orthopaedic team. 

  • Full support from the Northern Territory Manger that has been selling the PRP portfolio for over 12 years. 

  • Organise training courses and training pathways to maximise return on investment.  

  • Attend national training events and exhibitions.  

  • Training clinicians will be a key aspect and organising training, understanding clinical pathways. 

  • A large part of this role will be developing a new concept of surgery for carpal tunnel and trigger finger release and implementation into the NHS. 

  • Covering Birmingham, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Buckinghamshire, Northampton & Peterborough

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager 

  • Ideally orthopaedic extremity sales experience.  

  • Will also consider candidates from a biologics/regenerative sales background.   

  • Demonstrable over-achievement of targets. 

  • Manage own territory.  

  • Full UK driving licence. 

  • Excellent communicator.  

  • Well presented. 

  • Able to build effective relationships. 

  • Very organised. 

  • Able to think "outside the box". 

  • Strong work ethic. 

  • Confident. 

  • Pro-active. 

  • Ideally a degree or medical qualification.
