The Role of the Junior Account Manager  

• This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the medical sales arena  

• In the main, this role is selling a range of radiation protection. There are other products that complement their portfolio such as Belts, Caps, Gloves, Eyewear, Aprons, Storage & Shielding, Procedure Room Supplies

• Selling into Theatre, Cath Labs & Radiology Department

• 50/50 split with new business & existing business 

• Lots of hospitals and university hospitals to go at 

• They are the leading supplier in the UK and provide both online fitting and F2F measuring as most products are bespoke and tailored to an individual

• 3 days on the road + 2 days at home. 

• Getting access into hospitals as this is protective equipment. 

• Looking to manage the area with the assistance of a KAM (recently promoted) who lives North of the River so ideally based South of the river. (Tooting, Croydon, Crawley, Woking, Maidstone, Reading)  

• Area will cover the South East and East Anglia - Once the successful candidate is up to speed you will manage your own territory

The Ideal Person for the Junior Account Manager 

• Ideally a graduate with a science-based degree

• Some form of commercial experience would be ideal

• A desire to get into medical sales

• Most important things are someone with a good attitude, wants to be successful and is organised

• Able to take on medical information

• Personable 

• Competitive 

• Hunger to succeed

• Coachable

• Can be a physical role as you will be carrying lead aprons so need to be physically fit
