The Role of the Internal Technical Support Engineer 

• Have technical understanding of product range to offer customer solutions. 

• Support the external sales team. 

• Accurately quote customers. 

• Provide information on product range to customers. 

• Give product training to internal staff.

The Ideal Person for the Internal Technical Support Engineer 

• Technically minded person with product knowledge on Pneumatics and/or Process Valves. 

• Aptitude to learn. 

• Excellent communication Skills. 

• Good Time management.
