The Role of the Project Engineering Manager 

• Managing projects from conception to conclusion. 

• Attend project meetings, design reviews, resource and task allocation. 

• Plan and schedule project timelines. 

• Submit budget proposals. 

• Build relationships with stakeholders. 

• Deliver progress reports and documentation.
