The Role of the Account Manager

  • Selling a range of lymphoedema, chronic oedema and wound care.
  • Arrange appointments with healthcare professionals in lymphoedema and wound Care clinics.
  • Using clinical knowledge and training to present, promote and sell products to lymphoedema specialists, tissue viability nurses, district nurses, practice nurses, breast care nurses, doctors and pharmacists.
  • Attend conferences, and education days with both healthcare professionals and patients in attendance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, admin staff and procurement departments.
  • Be constantly vigilant for tender opportunities and formulary developments.
  • Work with National Sales Manager to plan how to approach contacts and create an effective business plan for making and growing sales in your territory, and producing quotes for capital equipment sales.
  • Covering Sussex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.

The Ideal Person for the Account Manager

  • Relevant experience within Lymphoedema or Wound Care.
  • Excellent Oral and Written skills in English.
  • Able to work independently with a customer focus.
  • Good communication skills, confident and comfortable in a clinic environment.
  • Driven, Dynamic and Entrepreneurial.
  • Living within the designated sales territory.
  • Willing to learn and develop knowledge to keep up with the ever-changing market.
