The Role of the Engineer Lead 

• Oversee a team of people that will install pumping units for cooling systems for data units across the UK, Middle East and Europe. 

• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept, design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.  

• Manage a team of multi-disciplined engineers and design technicians. 

The Ideal Person for the Engineer Lead 

• Valid Passport and Driving Licence. 

• Leadership and project management abilities. 

• Strong problem-solving skills. 

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical systems, public health, and fire protection. 

• Proficiency with design and modelling tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and fabrication management systems. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. 

• Significant experience in building services engineering. 

• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects, preferably in modular construction. 

• Experience with offsite construction or modular HVAC system solutions (advantageous). 

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system integration in building services. 

• Familiarity with design-for-manufacture-and-assembly (DfMA) principles.
