The Role of the Field Service Engineer 

• You will be servicing, repairing and installing dental equipment in Dental labs, practices and the NHS.  

• Products serviced will mainly be the digital imaging products, cameras etc but also dental chairs, handpieces, pressure vessels, xray & Digital, Compressors and suction pumps.  

• Covering Aberdeen. There will be time where you will need to go out further afield.  

• No set KPI's - performance is based on customer feedback and team feedback.  

• Position is open due to a shortage of engineers 

• Start date ASAP

The Ideal Person for the Field Service Engineer 

• Candidates will need to have some dental engineering experience or have experience working with chair suction pump etc.  

• They don’t have the capacity to train so candidates will need to have experience.  

• Ideal candidate will have experience within customer facing roles with good customer service skills and the ability to deal with tricky customers.  

• No qualifications required.
