The Role of the Inside Sales Representative 

• Dealing with OEM’s & End Users. 

• Dealing with customer enquiries. 

• Processing purchase orders, following up on orders to ensure timely delivery. 

• Sending out quotes. 

• Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure high customer satisfaction. 

Benefits of the Inside Sales Representative 

• £30,000 - £35,000 

• OTE £35,000 - £40,000 

• 23 Days Holiday

• Pension  

The Ideal Person for the Inside Sales Representative 

• Previous experience within a sales, customer service, account management role. 

• An Engineering qualification ideal but not essential. 

• Product knowledge on fasteners, Class C Components, Engineering Consumable ideal. 

• Intermediate excel knowledge ideal. 

• Problem solver with strong communication,
