The Role of the Marketing Manager:
- Full time role 5 days in the office - no hybrid working.
- Our client is the leading specialist non-food supplier to care homes.
- The company provides a market leading service, supplying an extensive range of PPE, nursing, medical, chemical, housekeeping and equipment products to care providers in all parts of the UK.
- The business is looking for an innovative and highly driven marketing professional to take on the responsibility of driving their multi-channel marketing strategy.
- With strong organisational and project management skills, you'll have experience in an online and offline sales and direct marketing environment and will be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, demanding role.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Sales Director and Ecommerce team to continue to develop and execute marketing strategies across their B2C and B2B brands.
- You will also take responsibility for reporting on the success of marketing activity and presenting this back to multiple stakeholders including the board of Directors.
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing budgets, timescales and delivering projects on time and in full.

The Ideal Person for the Marketing Manager:
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing full-mix, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience in marketing across multi-channel retail environments.
- Significant experience in B2B marketing to support the nationwide field team.
- Strong content creation skills both on and offline to deliver succinct campaigns and promotions.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing methods and applications.
- Experience in planning promotional events and national exhibitions.
