The Role of the Regional Sales Manager:
- Managing the London Team of 5, leading from the front, supporting training and recruitment.
- Selling a range of lighting, offering solutions to specifying consultants, and ME contractors.
- As a Regional Sales Manager of London, you will also be working on a project-by-project basis, providing solutions to a varied customer base. Specifying a solution to the consultant as well as influencing end-users in their choice of product.
- You will have a broad range of Internal lighting products available, to take to the clients in the region.
- Covering the London and the inner M25.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Manager
- Most important part of your role is running you team; you must have man-management experience.
- Excellent understanding of technical products.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience selling into ME consultant and contractors.
- Have commercial and technical knowledge.
- Excellent customer awareness & focus.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, decision-making, problem-solving capabilities.
