The Role of the Sales and Marketing Director

• Leadership role, reporting to the board.
• Managing 3 managers (Customer Services/Sales/Marketing) and their teams, circa 15 heads.
• Looking to recruit a new team from scratch, circa 5 heads to expand the business split out the portfolio.

• Experienced UK healthcare/medical devices business leader.
• Ability to strategically grow a business and build high performing teams.
• Board responsibility.
• Track record of success and delivering results.
