The Role of the Sales Associate 

  • A fantastic opportunity has come up to work for a manufacturer that is looking to change the landscape in the colorectal endoscopy arena 

  • Selling to colorectal surgeons, nurses & clinics in the main. 

  • Will have the support of 2 x clinicians  

  • Responsibility for managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle from lead generation, relationship building, pitching products and services, converting prospects into customers, and following up with further opportunities to build value. 

  • Demonstrate and educate hospital staff ensuring they are informed of updates and new releases. 

  • Manage training for all key personnel for the corporate accounts and NHS Trust sites. 

  • Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends. 

  • Covering everything South of Northampton including South Wales so ideally located on the M4 Corridor (Not a must) - Reading, Swindon, Bristol, Oxford

The Ideal Person for the Sales Associate

  • Ideally looking for clinician used to working within a colorectal procedures environment looking to move into a commercial role 

  • Will also consider science based graduates that have got some form of commercial sales experience looking to break into medical devices  

  • Will also consider experienced medical sales reps used to working in a theatre environment (ideally colorectal or associated procedures) 

  • Highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic. 

  • Outstanding communication skills. 

  • Confident decision maker and willing to work independently. 

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. 

  • Full clean UK drivers license
