The Role of the Sales Office Manager

Overseeing a team of internal sales engineers.

Managing team KPI’s and targets.

Supporting external account managers.

Responsible for recruitment of new internal sales staff.

Ensure orders are correctly processed to help hit company KPI’s & Targets.

Understanding of motors and or valves, rotating equipment, transmission equipment.

Experience in managerial role within sales or customer service.
