The Role of the Sales Office Manager 

  • Overseeing a team of internal sales engineers. 

  • Managing team KPI’s and targets. 

  • Supporting external account managers. 

  • Responsible for recruitment of new internal sales staff. 

  • Ensure orders are correctly processed to help hit company KPI’s & Targets.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Office Manager

  • Understanding of motors and or valves, rotating equipment, transmission equipment. 

  • Experience in managerial role within sales or customer service. 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
