The Role of Sales Support 

• As Sales Support, you will be required to provide an efficient and effective support service to the sales team, whilst acting as a communication link between the sales team and the hire desk. 

• Handling telephone enquiries and routine correspondence. 

• Research any sales leads/projects as requested by Technical Sales Representatives/Management Team. 

• Transfer relevant leads to projects and set actions for Technical Sales Representatives to follow up. 

•  Supporting the Hire desk team with their tasks whenever necessary, fostering a collaborative work environment. 

• A key part of the role as Sales Support is learning the hire desk functions, which are both sales and operational.  

• Full training on products, its applications, invoice system and CRM software will be provided.  

• The role of Sales Support is based at the companies East Anglia Depot, working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Support 

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar fast paced sales support role- preferably one with a sales/hire function. 

• However, school/college leavers seeking a career are encouraged to apply. 

• You’ll be confident liaising with customers on the phone and in person.  

• You’ll be a proactive individual who is keen to learn. 

• Will have good IT Skills.  

• Must have a full driving licence to ensure your commute to and from work.
