The Role of the Sourcing Procurement Manager:

• Our client is one of the leading suppliers of Medical Aesthetics/Pharmaceuticals in the UK
• They are seeking a driven Sourcing & Procurement Manager with experience ideally in the pharmaceutical industry to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operation
• Working from the office in London they also offer hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days working from home)
• Identify and source new suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Manage the end-to-end supplier approval process, ensuring strict quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee supplier performance through strategic account reviews, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
• Manage the procurement budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and tracking rebate statuses effectively.
• Maintain a comprehensive and competitively priced product range, regularly reviewing and updating the range in line with market trends and business requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, aiming to secure the best terms and conditions

Benefits of the Sourcing Procurement Manager:

• £55k-£65k basic + other benefits

The Ideal Person for the Sourcing Procurement Manager:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the Medical Aesthetics/Pharmaceuticals (But not a must)
• Strong understanding of the quality control, regulatory compliance, and market trends.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship and management.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong budgeting skills with a track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
