Package £35k-£50k basic + £10k uncapped based on sales (Uncapped) + Bonus which is based on Individual/Team/Company 15% of basic salary (based on set objectives the business/personal have set, Company Car OR Car Funding Scheme, Pension, Healthcare, Death in Service, Mobile & laptop, 25 days holiday + the option to either buy or sell up to 5 days + bank holidays.

The Role of the Territory Manager 

  • Selling a range of endoscopy products (capital equipment - 95% and associated consumables - 5%) + service contracts  

  • Therapy areas targeted are GI, Urology and Pulmonology  

  • Selling into secondary care - consultants, procurement & other key stake holders that need to be brought in. 

  • Area covers London & South East 

  • AOV - £25k. Lead times can vary from 18 months - 3 years 

  • 80% Existing business + 20% NB. Maintain & keep business levels and look at new opportunities where possible 

  • You will sell to GI Radiologists, GI Consultants, Liver Surgeons, GI Surgeons & Endoscopists.  

  • Responsible for providing account management to an allocated number of accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, raise levels of customer preference, demonstrating new products and identifying, then closing, new sales opportunities within the customer. 

  • Support of all regional sales projects and activities, especially from a clinical perspective.   

  • Presentation of products and services to Clinicians, Unit Managers and Nursing Staff.  

  • Education of customers and team members on the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager 

  • Ideally endoscopy sales, someone that has sat on the shoulder of the surgeons.  

  • Looking for candidates from a medical devices surgical/capital equipment/theatre-based background. 

  • Someone that understands the sales process of a capital led product within a theatre environment and used to guiding surgeons through a procedure using a new technology and able to articulate the clinical benefits of the product.   

  • Needs people that have the right attitude.  

  • A lot of their competitors are on this patch so needs someone that will understand the right people to talk to, that are think skinned, can be creative in how they generate an opportunity.  

  • The potential of this area the business feels is huge!!  

  • Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent. 

  • Established sales person with track record of achieving personal targets. 

  • Proven track record of success in Capital Sales to NHS and winning competitors business. 

  • Understanding of UK health care market and its current challenges. 

  • Full, clean driving licence.
