The Role of the Territory Sales Manager

  • Main part of the role is to sell a range of industry leading Hearing Aids. There will be add on products that you will look to sell such as cleaning kits, batteries etc....
  • Selling into the independent market, dealing with the person that owns the practice.
  • Looking to ensure that they can increase/maintain the active accounts and where possible look at the inactive accounts and how they are able to get them into an active account.
  • They use Salesforce as a CRM system and everything is tracked on that.
  • Need someone that understands how to manage a territory.
  • Area covers: St Albans, Stevenage, Cambridge, Ipswich, Norfolk, Peterborough, Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Lincoln, Doncaster, Hull, Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Harrogate, York, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager

  • Solid Sales/Account management background with independent businesses.
  • Experience in an Optical or Audiological field required - not necessarily a Dispenser but perhaps HCA.
  • Confident, well presented, professional individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal and account management skills.
  • Breadth of experience required.
  • Seek an individual who has had experience in a high-volume environment, who now wants to work with a top end-brand with exemplary service and a slightly slower pace.
  • Self-starter, well organised
  • Must have gravitas and the ability to capture others attention.
