The Role of the Territory Sales Manager
- Main part of the role is to sell a range of industry leading Hearing Aids. There will be add on products that you will look to sell such as cleaning kits, batteries etc....
- Selling into the independent market, dealing with the person that owns the practice.
- Looking to ensure that they can increase/maintain the active accounts and where possible look at the inactive accounts and how they are able to get them into an active account.
- They use Salesforce as a CRM system and everything is tracked on that.
- Need someone that understands how to manage a territory.
- Area covers: St Albans, Stevenage, Cambridge, Ipswich, Norfolk, Peterborough, Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Lincoln, Doncaster, Hull, Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Harrogate, York, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager
- Solid Sales/Account management background with independent businesses.
- Experience in an Optical or Audiological field required - not necessarily a Dispenser but perhaps HCA.
- Confident, well presented, professional individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and account management skills.
- Breadth of experience required.
- Seek an individual who has had experience in a high-volume environment, who now wants to work with a top end-brand with exemplary service and a slightly slower pace.
- Self-starter, well organised
- Must have gravitas and the ability to capture others attention.
- Looking to take the next step in their career
